It’s our aim to go in search for this holistic state of health: to discover what it really looks and feels like to be in a physically, mentally and socially balanced state.

Talking to an experienced person, when it feels like one is heading for a burnout, can be a really valuable gift! Anita has recovered from a burnout herself and is a qualified Burnout Prevention Trainer. In this context, she offers up her farm and personal experience to assist people in identifying their patterns in time to implement changes and to prevent a burnout.

You are invited to join in the day-to-day life on the organic farm “Schöllen” and take time here for yourself, to reflect. You will benefit from conversations that may introduce you to new perspectives and get ideas on how to cope with the current challenges in your life and gain clarity on which areas of your life to implement change in.

What you can expect:

  • Nutritious, organic and regional food 2x daily. Meals are served at 12:00 and 18:30 in order to give the body a 16hr break – this is known as "interval fasting". Of course, there is also the option to have breakfast if you wish.
  • Opportunity to get involved in helping on the farm. Please note, that helping with any farm work is included in this offer and is not exchangeable for a price reduction, as time consuming explanation and/or supervision is necessary. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

From experience with previous guests, I suggest a 2-4 week stay. This is usually needed to implement sustainable and effective improvements. Only in exceptional cases do I take in persons staying for less than two weeks.
